in other news, i found a dead beaver on highland drive and 3900 south. in the middle of the night. no where NEAR water. no where near the mountains. wowzers! i laughed and laughed and laughed and laughed. i was so sad it was dead, but was terribly amused to have found such a strange thing in the middle of the intersection. it's tummy felt like a water bed! and it was so big! i was about to put it into my truck...my thoughts were this: i can take it home and examine it! take really neat photos! just think of the few days i could draw it before it starts to stink! or, best of all, i could have it stuffed! how does one even going about getting that done anyways? well as usually happens to me when i come across really cool things, some vet pulled over and called animal services. i think she got creeped out at my lingering and stayed until i left. LAME! probably for the best.
